Who's gonna sign the surrender at this point? Every time we talk to one faction the other faction goes medevel on them.
You can cry about the effects but that's just noise so we don't talk about why we actually had to do this.
These nutjobs can not ever have a nuclear weapon.
Ever. And till they get that one. Till they really grasp that this is the one thing we are not going to allow, no matter what they do, then they're not going to come back to the table with the rest of humanity. We will keep them isolated and dying. If that's how they want to live, so be it. It is a life. We don't have to give them that much.

Trump better not give those mooks reparations. They started the war by not making a good faith deal.

Actually no I don't. But worse in this case is we stop and Iran gets a nuclear weapon one day and this will be seen as the good ole days before millions of people got slaughtered. Which is why I say if we do it, we go all the way. We make it where they can't make a cast iron pot. Can't make a pencil. Can't make a boat. Can't so much as find the stuff to make a camp fire.
Do you actually want these psychopathic death cultists to get a nuclear weapon? Israel would instantly nuke them first. Hard, just to make sure it stuck and then they'd look at China and Russia and US and Europe and dare us to do something about it. BECAUSE THEY HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS.

You still haven’t explained how you’re going to accomplish this surrender while averting a global economic meltdown in the process and avoid the 100k+ casualties we’d incur in a ground invasion.

We aren't going to do a ground invasion.
We might take some areas and hold them while we accomplish our goals. But we're not going to hold them forever. And they aren't going to be able to stop us from doing it.
We will accept the surrender from whoever steps up and takes over IRGC headquarters. Till then we just keep eroding their wealth and power. We don't have to do much other than that. Like you said, this is a global problem. Perhaps the globe might like to help solve it? If not then STFU. You'll get whatever we give you and you can whine about it.

This way will be no less bloody. Millions in Iran will die and probably millions more in the Gulf states if Iran manages to hit them in their retaliation strikes. Not to mention all the famine deaths a prolonged conflict will bring when fertilizer runs low. Starting to sound like a death cultist yourself.

Trump is waiting on terms of surrender which aren't coming. We will have to negotiate an end to the war which is agreeable to both sides. Until then the war will continue.

Resume the termination of political and IRGC leadership while maintaining blockade. They can’t move.
The people will eventually rise up and deal with those who remain.
Either way - while frozen, provide cover for Israel to extract nuclear material.
Then close up shop and call it a day.
