What makes you think "he did not think about it"? This is exactly the kind of crap they would have pulled if they got nuclear bombs and they already had a ballistic missile program. If these idiots will strike at the hearts of their neighbors for no apparent reason other than to inflict pain upon them, what makes anyone think they would not use an advanced military weapon against those they hate, such as the US and Israel. Trump, Netanayu and the other competent world leaders knew exactly what these thugs would do, and they acted, mainly out of desperation. I know it is a logistical nightmare, but I am not sure how they have managed to elude complete devastation on their ability to strike out with ballistic missiles to this point.
