They're not lying. Iran is automatically a Superpower after going toe to toe with Israel & the US & coming out completely victorious. Zion Don gives some low effort speech in France where he falls asleep in the middle. They are now a force to be reckoned with.
The facts are this: Iran won. Israel lost. Trump lost. I can accept the L bc at least Trump cut his losses after such a strategic mistake.

The Russo-Japanese War vibes are strong with this conflict to be quite honest.
Iran essentially got treaty parameters that were leaning their way because we dared them to show they could control the Strait and they could without a functional navy.
US military analysts now believe Iran can close the Strait whenever they want. Barring some leveling of the cheap drone advantage, it will not change for some time.
Considering the goal was regime change and non-nuclear Iran and we seemingly achieved neither. Yeah, they won even though we did some glamorous made for TV shock and awe on them.
