That once a particular SCOTUS ruled in their favor, that it would be implausible that another SCOTUS ruling could make it go away....*poof*.
Slavery was ended via the emancipation proclamation and this was later formally codified via the 13th Amendment, not a Supreme Court case, and it was only enforced via the Union's victory in the Civil War. Slavery was ended by force and later an Amendment that the conquered southern states were effectively coerced into agreeing to.

Thats what the slave owners thought.
The Supreme Court has no authority to amend the constitution, only interpret it.
Slavery was made illegal via the waging of war and passage of an amendment, not a ruling from the courts.
Abortion only gets outlawed if 1) We pass an amendment outlawing it or 2) A case is brought to the court that very specifically questions the fundamental ruling of Roe v Wade during a time when the justices on the court would be willing to go against precedent on the matter.
Number 1 isn't happening in the lives of anyone here given the overwhelming national support such a thing requires, and number 2 is unlikely as it is rare for the court to take cases with questions which have already been answered by prior rulings.

I literally just explained in great detail why your post was nonsensical
And I abhor abortion for convenience, I'm just a realist.

Exactly, see Dred, Plessy and Lochner as examples of anti-precedents and the need to overrule previous mistakes of the court.

Not it doesn't. A human cannot be formed from a single sperm cell. Human life requires an egg and a sperm. The second an egg is fertilized, human life is created.
Oh ok. Youre a retard. Lets talk slowly. Everything around you is alive except for the spaces between those things and their existence helps give suspension to that life.
A fetus in the first trimester with barely a heartbeat and no functioning brain is a collection of cells just like an adult human or a fruit bat. People sometimes choose to abort that fetus because they made a mistake and kind of Ford to take care of it or the woman was raped so on and so on. Aborting a fetus is of absolutely no consequence to the fetus because it is not aware of its own existence at all.
I'm sorry that you think science can be so cruel but there's just really not a lot to backup your idea that this is murdering a human somehow

You are correct per se, however, the Supreme Court has been known to overrule past mistakes.
Plessy was overruled by Brownbecause the Plessy decision was garbage.
Roe has already been effectively neutered by Casey. Casey only upheld the core finding in Roe and overturned the trimester system. This is why states are passing laws restricting it. Because now it has to go up the court chain because now the state is only restricted to not place an “undue burden” on a woman.
We are in the middle of the abortion fight. It’s definitely not over.

If abortion is outlawed, only outlaws will have abortions

I wish someone would abort you then, there is a lot of empty space between your ears.

The Supreme Court, the ultimate and final arbiter of constitutional law in America, deemed that the due process clause within the 14th Amendment to the Constitution included a woman's right to have an abortion. Now I have never found that argument particularly compelling, but as of 2018 abortion IS legally protected by the US Constitution according to the ultimate authority on the matter.
And the courts already shown that right isn’t absolute and has limits.

You call someone a retard, and then proceed to say something that is patently false and makes no sense. Do you consider rocks to be alive? What about this marshmallow peep I'm eating? The plastic all around us?

So, if it is OK to kill a collection of cells like a fetus, then it is OK to kill a collection of cells like an adult human or an animal? According to your logic, then yes, it is.
Barely a heartbeat? That is like saying you are barely pregnant. Either you have a heartbeat or you don't.

Aborting a fetus is of absolutely no consequence to the fetus because it is not aware of its own existence at all.
A lot of living organisms have no awareness of their own existence. Several have no brains. So it is OK to just wipe out all of those, then?

Like how it only has 2 genders? You lecture others on "science", but if it doesn't support your belief system, then you just ignore it. And no, gender isn't something you "feel."

Reason being? Lincoln knew his Emancipation Proclamation was as unconstitutional as sin and wouldn't hold up in the courts.

If you put the thumb sized, lizard looking aborted fetus on a table and it started coughing and breathing on its own then it is human life.....otherwise it is just high protein tofu and nothing special.
With the recent advances in stem cell and cloning technology it will soon be possible to create human life from ordinary human cells. Does this make me a murderer for getting that mole removed from my back?
