The Supreme Court has made its decision now let them enforce it.

Does a heartbeat constitute life. Yes or no?

A single sperm cell has life.

Life is not the issue.

I understand both sides of this, but absent imminent harm to the mom, how can a doctor with a baby that has a hearable heartbeat go forward with an abortion?

I guess they just block it out, I don't know. It would seem like a hard trigger to pull.

I'm not even trying to be political, it's just something I've never been able to grasp.

Substantive Due Process is garbage law. Hopefully this time they overturn Roe v Wade.

Liberal logic....

School gun violence- We must change the Constitution in order to ban guns and protect the children

Abortion restrictions- frick those children, that’s unconstitutional

It doesn’t, and even Roe v Wade fails the Substantive Due Process test:

Hopefully they listen to Thomas when it gets up to the Supremes. He has no problem ignoring Stari Decisis if the original case was based in bad law.

Not it doesn't. A human cannot be formed from a single sperm cell. Human life requires an egg and a sperm. The second an egg is fertilized, human life is created.

Bet it is the same folks bitching about guns in school killing our "children". Talk about "mentally ill"..

Good for the Senate and hope it is signed into law. God Speed.
