Trump in his speech specifically stated that any state government and local official that fails to calm the riots he will step in with his authority if using military force.

You can 100% believe these Dem governors are going to stand down and see if trump is a man of his word.

And if he is this will be gas on the fire and it will determine if he's re-elected.

I appreciate him calling out briefly the governors who are failing their citizens a and putting the onus on them to squash it but I just don't believe bringing in the milatirag will net him votes.

You can 100% take it to the bank Antifa and BLM will riot harder and more deaths will occur and that will be on his feet and everyone will forget that he had to take this step. They will place all the before and after blame on him from bringing in the military.

I see what you're saying and could see this play out

but law and order usually wins the day, very quickly

the good news is the ANTIFA people don't really believe in guns...

You specifically stated you would rather law and order in what you voted for over a politician trying to win.

Yet you state you want Loeffler over Collins, a proven conservative, because you believe Loeffler gives the best chance to keep Georgia red.

Demanding the President I voted for exercise his constitutional responsibilities to enforce law and Preference for a senate candidate in a senate election based on political trends actually happening are two different things.

And btw, one of the reasons why I'm not on board the Doug Collins train is that his senate bid is based on the defense of the President during impeachment and further examination of his whole body of work since 2007 leaves for me quite a bit to be desired.

You haven't really thought this through and I'm not playing your game.

I’m not worried about Antifa as he can win on that message If they are harmed.

I’m worried about the innocent protestors and more blacks dying by military force.

Oh...you are an anarchist. “We can’t riot, loot, Rob, vandalize, attack, harm, bludgeon, etc, without being confronted by law enforcement.” If you don’t agree that I can do any of this free of repercussion then you are a fascist.

The new normal is you are going to deal with it. GFY.

Blocking traffic is violence the same way blockades are acts of war.

To hell with re-election. Any president worth being president will protect the American people. And that is what the military is for. The goal of these radical leftists is to intimidate the American public and take control. And they will come into your neighborhood and take your stuff including the lives of some family members and burn homes and lives to the ground. They are ready to wage all out war because the governors are too weak and intimidated to fight back. So it falls to the commander in chief.

No need to use the military to quell this uprising. Trump needs to keep his hands clean in all this. The Dim leadership in all these cities will be held accountable in the long run for the death and destruction. And as a bonus all the damage is mostly confined to the service industry in core D areas. So whose being harmed here?

What he should do is make the terrorist designation for ANTIFA, arrest every individual associated with them. All the thugs, organizers, finance, strategic supporters. Included in the latter will be some big name celebs, and most importantly some big name D’s in Congress. That’s the best way to make these depraved rioters pay.

Nonviolent? Go ask that husband and wife begging the rioters to leave them alone if this was non violent...or the business owners who had their lives' work ruined by a bunch of goons who think GTA is real life.

Not at all, and I didn't say any of that shite. All criminals should be arrested and punished.

No, you are a fascist if you support the idea that law enforcement and our military should be able to attack/harm/bludgeon without being confronted by us.

We cannot turn into a full-blown police state. That is not freedom. Protests are a staple of and requirement for democracy. Arrest and charge criminals who cause trouble. Do NOT disperse non-violent crowds with tear gas and rubber bullets. That's what totalitarian regimes do.

For the hundredth time, arrest and prosecute all criminals.

A non-violent crowd was dispersed with tear gas and rubber bullets in DC while the president was giving a speech claiming to support non-violent protesters. You can't antagonize people into fighting back and maintain the moral high ground. That's bullshite.

Do you actually give a frick?

Were they breaking any laws? Did they deserve to be assaulted?

Do you want to live in a country where if you don't do as the government tells you, you get gassed and shot?
