Still waiting for your response. Copy and paste my words from the OP that show my disdain for the Constitution

Or you could just admit that you were talking out of your arse and made a mistake

Fair enough. Constitutionality is not really an issue in your OP, because you were not seeking governmental action. Others might. But you did not.

Or tell them we only serve MAGA here.

bullshite, what country do you think you live in. Let him try that with a trans or a black, he would have enough aclu lawsuits to last a lifetime.

Must have been a hot white chick trying to pick up a straight guy so she had to be MAGA

Thank you.

I posted this story because I firmly believe that mockery is the best weapon left for Conservatives in our battle against unhinged Leftists.

My post mocks yet another intolerant Leftist

My post mocks yet another unhinged gender confused Leftist weirdo

So where exactly is the line? Can I slap a 'No colored folks allowed' sign on my underground Nike sweatshop and call that 'freedom of association'? Or does that suddenly violate every civil rights law we’ve had for decades?

Let’s be honest—chasing someone out of a bar with a bat because they’re a Trump supporter isn’t 'freedom of association,' it’s politically motivated aggression. If this were reversed and a liberal was chased out for their beliefs, you’d be screaming about fascism and hate crimes.

And no, this isn’t even remotely like refusing to bake a cake for a gay couple based on religious objections, which is actually protected by the First Amendment. That’s a religious liberty case. This? This is just intolerance wrapped in self-righteousness.

So again—where’s the line? Or do basic rights only apply when it fits your narrative?
I think I have answered all of this in earlier posts, that you did not read before posting this comment.

If not, please let me know, and I will try to respond. I have plans this afternoon, so I probably will not see your next post until tonight, so let's not do the "why are you avoidin me" dance, OK?

But not one poster actually did. And I don't think that's egg on your face.

Sure, but those cases were about sexuality and gender, which the courts believes are protected categories. Political ideology hasn't reached that threshold.

Considering the terrorism, threats and outright discrimination of Trump supporters, looks like it's time Trump supporters be considered a protected class....

That thing was all hopped up on hormone blockers and black tar heroin. I’d rather them kick me out than poison me.

I’ve always been a keep tight circles and know your surroundings kinda guy. I may need to turn it up a notch.

The little novelty bat was a bit much, but apparently the (unwanted) customer was refusing to leave.

Just don't ask them to bake a cake right?

And political affiliation is a protected class here in NC.

That’s a gay bar, right? They’re seemingly the only people that triggered by Trump snd Trump supporters. They truly believe Trump is out to get them, going to roll back gay marriage and he’s going to put them into camps. And they have a deep hatred for Republicans. Mental illness is rampant among them.

Novelty bat? You’re a lawyer right? You don’t understand assault and the threat of a battery? She/it broke the law when she threatened to initiate physical violence with a bat.
