In 48 hours, F-16 jets have twice intercepted planes in close proximity to Mar-a-Lago

Don't forget the 3 last week, spaced out at timed intervals.
Sounds like they're probing the air defense response times. In a world where hypersonic missiles are a thing, that's scary to contemplate.

You would think every airport in south florida would have emblazoned on the exit walls "DO NOT FLY OVER THESE COORDINATES".
I would assume they would take the license of these people, cause they are definitely too stupid to be flying a plane over any populated area.

What is quickest to scramble would be first always option. But your right in that other, better options need to be employed. Helo's or hell can suicide drones be vectored accurately? Man Pad?
PS.
Watched a lot of airshows and the 16 has great slow flight characteristics.

And the congressional staffer with a gun last week.
And ANTIFA attempting to intercept his vehicle on the way to his address to Congress.
And the guy who just got shot out front of the WH.
And the statement from Gaetz that there were at least 5 active assassination teams tracking him, many state sponsored.
People just don’t want to accept the reality of the situation: we aren’t at peace right now. We are at war domestically and overseas with very few allies and a lot of extremely powerful people who would benefit from regime change in the US.
I also don’t think it’s a coincidence they’re coming after Vance in public and with memes: he’s next up.

If you fly over Mar a Lago and get shot down it’s no different than jumping the fence at the WH, whatever happens next is on you and given the threat profile I’m fine if they get shot down.
I would’ve said the same thing about Biden’s place at the beach FTR.
