- 2.34% of black men who turned 25 years old in 1998 had already offed someone by then.
- 1.35% who would have turned 25 years old in 1998... didn't turn 25 years old.

The best way to handle this is to write music bragging about killing people and sell it to your people and make them believe that it is cool.

In the 90s (I believe that's when it was) CA passed a law called 3 strikes and you're out.
That law cut crime way back. Pass it for the country. Though, if one is a violent crime (murder, rape, etc), make it death penalty.
That will have crime cut by 75%.
The police chief in Memphis said that 1000 people commit 70-80% of the crimes.

Interracial violent crime statistics are eye opening for sure. Media won’t report on it and neither will our Government. Someone with high visibility needs to get the message out and demand it stop.

There were to huge studies done that looked at all of the murders across one year in great depth beyond court convictions. One was in NYC in 1961 and the other was in Charlotte, NC in the 1990's.
both found that 70% of the victims were known criminals and that 71% of the perps were known criminals.
