This whole testimony makes no sense. They got the aid and there was no announcement of an investigation. So how the hell does his concern play into this? It never happened. So his concerns are unfounded. I must be taking crazy pills.

The timing of William Taylor telling Zelensky to not endeavour in looking at political issues in the states is suspect. He gave them the riot act after they got the money but he had no idea why the money was granted. It's possible he thought they were going forward with the Burisma investigation. Why then did he act on his own to threaten the Ukranians not to investigate in the guise of keeping bipartisan support in Ukraine?
