bmy, step outside the confines of party affiliation for one second. Are you really ok with how this investigation is going down?

OP wasn't arguing some sort of technical "due process" point. He listed out a bunch of aspects of this proceeding that he took issue with and said the following:
quote:

And half of this country is perfectly fine with this.

You IMMEDIATELY came in the thread sniping about the president not being "charged with anything" and nothing else.

So, are you or are you not, "perfectly fine" with how this is being handled?

What are you even really sniping about here? Why snipe about anything with regard to the OP if you're not?

Why are you melting when nobody cares about this story

First, no one is melting. Simply pointing out the hypocrisy of the left isn't melting.

Secondly, you frickers shite the bed when Shitllery gets a bad book review so I'm not sure you are the best person to point out melts.

The clown show tomorrow is nothing more than the continuing coup that began nearly 3 years ago. If the Dims can't oust Trump from office the other strategy is to continue the 24/7/365 smear campaign through the Opposition Research Media with hopes of pulling off a miracle in 2020.......it's not gonna work, the American people are not fooled.

It's intentionally done in the public eye just like Benghazi was.. by the rules but done to score political points more than anything else.

I think it's shitty and partisan and generally a shining example of how moronic our two party system is.

But it's equally shitty that it is exactly this partisan in the senate also.. the only existing tool to remove a president is partisan AF (E.g. dead on arrival regardless of the facts).

The Republicans need to do either one of two things tomorrow.

1. Ask any questions they damn well please and make Schiff rebuke them in public.

or

2. Walk out.

You're so hopelessly full of shite.

Many of the people that testified at the Banghazi hearings had FIRST HAND accounts of what happened.

And, Dems damn sure didn't have to submit their questions to anyone involved to Gowdy beforehand to get his blessing.

For you to compare the two is just another example of how full of shite you are.

By c’mmon man, if you think that the entire WH, State dept., Pentagon, OMB, and the anointed Rudy we’re going rogue on their own, then you live in cave.

Will you establish what that claim is based on?

What was the 1 main bit of evidence that convinced you?

To the contrary, I am extremely informed on the whole process and contents. The summary is Trump activated Rudy and many departments of government to withhold $400 m of approved aid to Ukraine unless they publicly stated and started a new investigation the Biden’s. This is fact, and main argument being made by Republicans is that this is not enough to impeach although it was not right. The American people will decide if these actions with an impeached but not convicted president is worthly of getting re-elected. November 2020 electoral nail biter.

You haven't read the transcript have you?

The summary, you mean? Why do people on here keep calling it a transcript? We all know that it was not a word-for-word transcript.

I truly feel that if Trump actually committed a crime the republicans in the senate would vote to impeach.

Something that, in general, separates conservatives from liberals is that conservatives hold to principles and liberals hold to ideals.

So you believe that Republicans would vote to remove Trump if a smoking gun of sorts emerged Re: Ukrainegate
