Impeachment hearings are tommorrow, yet NOT ONE GOP witness can be called

NOT ONE GOP question can be asked unless approved beforehand by Schittforbrains.
NOT ONE piece of exculpatory evidence can be entered (even though it's ALREADY in the public forum)
NOT ONE rule that governed all previous impeachment hearings will be followed.
NOT ONE witness with FIRST HAND information will testify.
NOT ONE due process guideline will be followed.
And half of this country is perfectly fine with this.
Let that sink in.

I know. They need to be able to say "he's been impeached, you can't vote for him".
Luckily there will be a Senate trial. At which point, hopefully, it all get's entered into evidence.

They haven't even voted in the house for impeachment - These hearings don't have a single thing to do with impeaching anything. The will never impeach because the Senate will cook the DNC in a trial.

Chill this is showtime for Schiff .If he gets too heavy handed on the Republicans on all of this a Senate trial will last from 830 CST to 1130 CST and half the Senators will be lunching at the Palms Restaurant for 100 PM EST on the day of the trial with Trump consulting his reelection chairman

I am not an impeachment monger and I hope that Republicans ask all of the questions that they can to get the facts. By c’mmon man, if you think that the entire WH, State dept., Pentagon, OMB, and the anointed Rudy we’re going rogue on their own, then you live in cave. Secondly, the WH is blocking and instructing many witnesses to not testify, so nobody's Hands are clean on either side. The end of the story is the House will impeach, the Senate will acquit, and we will have a close polarized 2020 election.

I think the Senate trial will last longer than that... but not looking at Trump.
It will be looking at Schiff, the whistleblower, Ukraine, and all kinds of stuff.
Schiff can turn over charges but the Senate can do whatever they want with them. Such as turning it into a public show trial of the left.

Due process doesn't exist during investigations or inquiries. You can argue that it should until you are blue in the face (and I would tend to agree).. but it does not:
'...deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law'

This is actually incorrect, but whatever.
I will concede that the Dems can run their "impeachment" however they wish. There is no protocol or procedure in the constitution as to how it is to be done.
However, it is quite telling that this go around, the Dems have chosen to not follow the precedent for such inquiries that the Dems did with Nixon and the GOP did with Clinton.
So, the question becomes, why?
Because it is not serious. It is not an impeachment inquiry. It is nothing more that a political stunt to try to damage Trump going into 2020.
It will be so delicious when the transcript of the first call is released tomorrow and completely blows them out of the water (which is not even necessary considering how much of a circular firing squad this has been the whole time).
