The last impeachment by the pubs in 98 was very different procedurally, and the resolution authorizing the "inquiry" had significant bi-partisan support.

I see. And were the rules different?

Was there bipartisan support?

When the minority ranking member requested say, a witness for interview, was it ever granted? Or were they all denied?

Food for unbiased thought.

NOT ONE GOP question can be asked unless approved beforehand by Schittforbrains.

NOT ONE piece of exculpatory evidence can be entered (even though it's ALREADY in the public forum)

NOT ONE rule that governed all previous impeachment hearings will be followed.

NOT ONE witness with FIRST HAND information will testify.

NOT ONE due process guideline will be followed.

Not one of your statements is true.

If the GOP wants to introduce a witness related to the impeachment they will be approved.

What exculpatory information has been barred? Republicans can add nearly anything to the record.

First hand witnesses are being called.

The rules were written by Republicans.

There is plenty of due process. What to you feel is lacking?

The Republicans need to do either one of two things tomorrow.

1. Ask any questions they damn well please and make Schiff rebuke them in public.

or

2. Walk out.

I would go even farther to expose the Dim farce. The R’s should bring in every person from the Trump administration who knows what was said on the Ukraine calls. Let those who are willing to speak on behalf of the POTUS, make Schitty Shiff deny those people the opportunity to give their account of what was said between Trump and Zelensky. If the Dims want a dog and pony show run by a buncha clowns on national television the R’s should assist them every way possible.

They should call Eric C. the whistleblower then. I am sure Schiff would be happy to approve him.

Eric C is not being used to testify against Trump, so what questions could you possibly have for him to defend Trump.

For me, this is an excellent example of what these vindictive fricks will do IF/When they get power back.

If they can do this to a President, they can do it to anyone.

I promise you their ilk love this, and love this idea.

Someone would have to tell you. You don't get much news under Obama's desk to know the answer.

I think only one assertion you make is sorta accurate and that is I don't think Shifty has carte blanche pre-approval over pubs questions but has threatened to assert ethics charges over any mention of the Soy Boy WB.

If this were a fair inquiry though, Shifty could not be conducting it since he has a pretty major conflict of interest.

There is only one witness with first hand knowledge of the call and that is Vindman who confirmed that the transcript is accurate.

Evidence of the WB's bias and coordination on the only purely partisan impeachment inquiry in US history.

Mr Caramellol,

Did you or did you not hear President Trump ask for anything in return in order for the aid to be released.

Yes or No

This should fit quite nicely because we all know he did NOT.

Are you familiar with the normal procedure of trials where plaintiffs/prosecutors present their cases first, with the defendants then presenting their defense?

So, you think that an impeachment should somehow be differentf -- for what reason?

Is it because Repub lawmakers are absolute experts in whining and playing the poor victim --and you buy into that?

And while you're at it, how about a real link about how not ONE rule that governed ALL previous impeachment hearings will be followed AND that NOT ONE due process guideline will be followed.

This is all horse shite. This is not like a regular trial.

You know it. You are lying again.

appropriate because his testimony isn't being used to impeach.

He has zero conflict. The claim about the wb (or his lawyer) contacting the committee staffer does not create a conflict and is a normal occurrence.

Yes. And it is damning. But the extortion charge is further supported by other witness accounts and the bribery as well.

Once again, nothing from the whistleblower is being used for impeachment. So nothing can really be considered exculpatory. I don't care if he is the biggest Trump hater ever. Trump's bribery and e extortion have been exposed.
