Tigerdoc,

Would Trump have been charged with fraud if had he never run for president?

No, and that speaks to the corruption of our system.

He can’t be honest and introspective. It’s past his ken.

He has never created anything in his life.

He hasn’t had an original thought.

He’s a dream citizen in a Marxist regime.

Lou Pai and some others wished death on Trump. How many would wish that Biden would throw Trump in jail to die?

How many would be delighted if Trump was JFKed.?The View would have a special broadcast with balloons confetti and covfefe.

These baws and I apparently are in agreement about the corruption of our system, but have slightly different visions for how to proceed.

Yeah, is that controversial? People lost their asses in that recession and fat cats skated to the next deal to pump up the next bubble. It creates a politics of resentment.

You're saying that big banks, who are run by some of the smartest people on earth, were defrauded by Trump, who isn't, and that this is all because the banks got away without criminal convictions in 2008...and that Trump is the predatory agent?

An international cabal of Moloch-worshiping child rapists makes more sense than you in this thread.

Yes. We want to end it. You seem perfectly content with allowing it to continue unabated.

No - the problem was born long before the crash or even the trash finance that created it. "In its majestic equality, the law forbids rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, beg in the streets and steal loaves of bread." I would be more broad than this - the system that creates the laws allows a lot of fraud to not be considered fraud.

Please tell us how Trump committed fraud and who was the victim. And who does he owe the money to?

Also, it's fun to point out that Trump has 91 indictments while not a single indictment has been brought against any of Epstein's clients. He was apparently sex trafficking minors to no one.

Your pail of water is going to get heavier and harder to carry as time goes on, comrade.

This was a series of 2-party transactions with the parties being on even ground and due diligence being performed on both sides.

Where is the "fraud"?

There's a reason posters like Doc want this to continue.

If you think he and his ilk want to stop at Trump, you are kidding yourselves. He would love nothing more than this type of scrutiny to happen to those he disagrees with. Period. This is a marxists' wet dream.

I sit on the board of two banks. I don't think people realize that banks and their board members aren't going to risk their own necks to throw money at a celebrity without vetting their assets. This has been attested to by the banks themselves. I can assure you that I am not going to allow a large loan to go through with bullshite asset valuations. We go to great lengths to verify the legitimacy of borrowers, their assets and the purpose of the loan itself before we approve it. We serve to protect the best interest of our shareholders and would face penalties ourselves if we were found to be derelict in our duties.

That being said, I've probably never seen a net worth statement that was 100% correct. Many things require approximations and we much decide whether it's accurate enough or request further detail. I've even road tripped as far as New Orleans to see a commercial property in person and confirm tenants, leases, and overall condition of the property. Anyone that thinks these bigger banks don't do the same are ignorant or stupid...or both.

I have never seen nor heard of a bank or individual complaining of being a victim of fraud when they were paid back under the terms and conditions of the loan agreement. This shite is insane.
