So, I’m to believe that big league bankers whose hearts are dry as the summer’s dust, to borrow a phrase from Wordsworth, didn’t have access to professional appraisers, didn’t do due diligence on a large loan, and out of the goodness of their altruistic hearts loaned OMB a bundle of cash.

OMB stated his property’s value. The bank accepted it. No fraud. No victim. No damages. No losses. No crime. Period.
