I understand the constitution quite well.
He had two deportation orders from two different courts already.
The kerfuffle comes from (as I understand it) was that the last time he was picked up, someone had referred to him as TDA gang instead of MS-13 gang. But that was corrected during the process. Now he is already out of our custody in adherence to the deportation order.
He is a citizen of El Salvador and that is where he is - subject to their laws.
What legal proceedings need to be 'followed' now?
Go to war to get him back?
WHY would we even want him back?
answer => no reason other than to gum up the process and slow down the "clean up on aisle 9" situation the Biden-admin left us with his 4 years of malfeasance in completely IGNORING US law.
the democrat party is now nothing more than an anti-constitution party - for them to even utter the words 'follow the constitution' is a total MOCKERY. There is NOTHING about the constitution they really follow.

frick no. The dangerous precedent was that this shitstain of a human was given a withholding of removal in 2019 pending a hearing and in 2025 that hearing still hadn’t happened.

Oh shut the frick up! He has had different federal judges hand down deportation orders. That is all that’s required.

No a federal judge said not to depart him to El Salvador.
2 previous immigration judges ordered him to be deported and ruled that he was apart of MS13

May be reading this wrong, but this is 2 different illegals. Garcia didn't kill/rape that ladies daughter, that was a different illegal. They are connected through Van Hallon, who is a US Senator causing stink over an illegal, and didn't bother to call the family of one of our citizens who was murdered/raped by another illegal. Democrats really are scum.
