Because i know people in an uproar over deporting this guy. They make it sound like he did nothing wrong.
I assumed he was ms 13 and killed a girl..there is a mother on tv saddened by democrats attempt to get a thug back to America. It's heartbreaking.
Then I read it was an admitted error by trump administration that he was deported and we need to get him back home to his family.
So is he a criminal or what? Isn't he here illegally?
Why are thousands upon thousands of dollars being spent to get a probable dirtbag returned here?

Trump knows stuff about him the media and the dems don't. He's going to let them go full retard in his defense and then slow roll ever worsening crimes he's committed.

Like him or not he was shuttled away illegally by the administration. They admitted it on day one.
Whether you are an immigrant, a criminal, or both, you have the right to due process in the U.S.
No single individual can take that away from you over politics.
I’m surprised the so-called “law and order” party is so quick to throw our most sacred rights out the window. This sets a dangerous precedent that can be used against them.

The more the DOJ spends defending bullshite stuff like this, the less time the DOJ has to spend on investigating the Dems and RINOs.

Doesn't he have a deportation order?

How many due processes, though? Would one federal judge, in due process, who signed a deportation order be enough? Perhaps two judges signing due process deportation orders? That's what we have, so......, how many is enough?
One should be all it takes.
One should be all it takes.

He is MS13
He was here illegally
He had deportation orders
He had restraining orders put on him by his wife.
He was detained by police in Tennessee when he was pulled over and it appeared he was trafficking 7 Asian women.
He was not charged because Biden's FBI said to release all of them.
He was not mistakenly deported. The story that was told about it being an accident came from a Biden hold over. The Trump administration has repeatedly said it wasn't a mistake.

The Maryland senator cares more about going to El Salvador to meet a gang member vs actual citizens being murdered by illegals in his state.
That’s one part of it.
Garcia came here illegally in 2011. He was arrested in 2019 and found to have ties to ms13. Was ordered to be deported. He then, after 8 years of being a criminal fugitive, claimed asylum from his country. A separate judge said, okay you can be deported, just not to El Salvador.
Well he was deported to El Salvador. Now they want to bring him back and deport him somewhere else.
Some don’t want him deported but for people to not look like they want alien gang members in our country. They stick to the bring him back and deport him correctly stance. Which just makes them look stupid.
Anyone talking about laws and due process are talking out their arse.
Laws were followed, due process was had.

I do know a federal judge ordered him not to be deported. Why, I don’t know, but that’s a federal order.
Checks and balances still mean something in this country, no matter how much people will change the rules when it benefits them…

Well at least you got that part correct. Basically an admission that your party is not for law and order. Thanks.

And I’m not surprised by the party of “everything should be as you feel” is defaulting to programming and is not informed that he has already been ordered deported by the courts.

So you really don’t know jack about any of this, but are freely running your cockholster about it anyway.
Seems about par for the course.

I'm really trying to figure this out.
Ok let's see. He was from will Salvador who was sent back to his home country.
He was a known member of ms13, a now classified as terrorist organization.
Supposedly he was scared to retirement to his home country because another gang would kill him. For this reason a hold was placed on his account for this reason and he was not supposed to be deported.
Since the good was originally placed, the gang he was supposedly threatened by no longer exists.
And he was classified as a terrorist which means these holds cannot be used so he was free to deport him.
Do I understand that correctly?
I am honestly trying to figure this out myself.

While technically true, the bar for due process is much higher for citizens. Non citizens can be adjudicated on by an immigration judge. Citizens get a trial.
So what exactly did the trump team do incorrectly here?
