No the greatest generation won WW2 and built the great nation you were lucky to be born into. You were handed the keys to a Lamborghini and ran it off a cliff and you’re proud the car didn’t explode upon impact.

dude just stfu....you know that isn't happening, as well as I do. Yet, you don't seem to have a problem with all the fraud your party commits out there. You would rather sit here and bitch and complain and blame everyone you can for your shortcomings in life. MOST intelligent people know what the current administration is facing with the rhinos and media support, as well as filthy woke progressives being indoctrinated in almost every way possible with government funds. So you bitch and complain so much, just trying to get everyone to vote for Socialism. We aren't stupid. Now go have your circle jerk with NIH....we know what you are doing in these threads.

My first house had a 10.95% interest rate. I was a high school graduate and 19. Let me know when house interest rates reach that level.
The problem is home prices exploded over the last 5-6 years during low interest rates... Rates have increased over 4% in the last 3-4yrs, but house priceses haven't fallen back to pre-covid levels.
So you're paying on average 29% more for the same home, plus youre paying 4% more in interest. Its a win win

Yeah, man. If only I could do better in life, then I wouldn't be so mad at Drumpf!
You are one emotional, low-IQ individual, just angry at the world and spouting off nonsensical drivel.

Total shite arguement that touches on zero points made

Dont forget that increase in insurance rates, while State Farm recorded record profits last year while also rolling out an internal plan to deny more roofs after storms wich saved them another $78 million!

No shite but you’re the one complaining about it. You have your asset being paid off and going up in value at the same time while complaining about the economy. Insanity, pal.

Many of us can afford A house. We just don’t want to pay $450k for a shithole in a working class area of our city. You can go to college, make over $100k per year and still be firmly locked out of the real estate market

Well if the Democrats and Rhinos wouldn't have worked together to change the election in 2020, by putting that virus on us, the housing prices and inflation would be low still. The damage was done though under the Biden administration, and there is no debating that. Interest rates have slowed under Trump, but they were so high already only way out is pain. The problem is we have lots of dumb progressives that can't spell economy and try and blame everything on this administration. The truth is, as bad as some of yall think times are, the Democrats want to change your entire way of life with socialism. That isn't a guess, they have told us over and over. Some of you are so fricking lazy and entitled you would rather be told what and where to do it, just so you can get handouts. Screw your types.

The funny thing I didn't even mention to him is that my primary business of managing foreclosures gets busier the shittier the RE market is. I cover 14 states and almost all of them have seen huge increases in newly foreclosed and 90+ days late because people are upside down and/or they can't sell their homes fast enough to avoid foreclosure.
I should be cheering rates to go through the roof, but I would prefer a healthy, balanced market.

Can we remind folks that it's ok to call things like this out and not have to defend it vehemently like a few constantly do?

The fact that a cackling hen wanted to give $25K to people to buy a house is no reason to go back on your promise to the American people to put their interests first.
(I recognize that you posted this as sarcasm, or because STD tiger is away)
