Right. They've been saying this for a few days now, but this is the first time I've seen the actual documents saying the search for his records came up empty. If they've been out before now I apologize. Not trying to step on anyone's toes here.

If the wrong doing is all in black and white then there should not be much investigating to do or take this long to convict her.
She and her family are being protected apparently.

According to the DHS this investigation is about much more than her citizenship status or possible immigration fraud. Reading between the lines here it seems very strongly that they are going after several Minnesota politicos on RICO charges centered around the Feeding Our Future scam. Others implicated seem to be Amy Klobuchar, Keith Ellison, Peggy Flannigan, and Tim Walz.
