Omar through her new bill called "HOMES FOR ALL" wants to:
(1) build 12 million NEW, "Affordable", high quality apartment units for public housing;
(2) dedicate $200 billion in financial support to town governments to fight Gentrification through the Community Control and Anti-Displacement Fund at HUD;
(3) ensure 2.5 million units for low income families through the federal Housing Trust Fund ($200 billion);
(4) 9.5 million units of the 12 million will cost apprx $8oo billion.

HuffPo: "Homes For All Act"

Rumored co-sponsors to the bill include: Reps. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), Chuy Garcia (D-Ill.), Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) and Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.)

The construction for this apartments would take the form of using only Green approved construction materials.

I do believe Brad is officially finished of any conceivable notion of building affordable green houses for low income people. The Make It Right Foundation wishes it never built a single house in NOLA.

Will this be offset by a $200 billion grant to aid preventing suburban displacement?

As if the democrats are going to drop impeachment long enough to actually vote on any bills.

Wants to spend a whole lot of government money to fight private individuals trying to increase value in their communities.

Modern day “progressive” democrats in a nutshell.
