Being fair, we have had many who refused to get the shot, have railed on their employer and refused it, now when they miss work, shouldnt the company be within their rights to fire the person for knowingly putting themselves in this situation.

Then my employer will be responsible for proving in court that the “vaccine” stops me from getting Covid.

If they want to fight that fight, i say let them

There’s a precedent in the flu shots that have been around for decades. Lots of people avoid it and still have a job to go back to if they get sick.

What does getting the vaccine have to do with preventing getting COVID and missing work?

So should anyone who took the jab at the direction of their employer and suffered side effects be able to file a lawsuit for damages?

Is that a troll post? Or do you really believe in the honesty of Pfizer and the government towards the effectiveness of the vaccine?

If the company I’m currently working for fires me because of this, then so be it.

I’m fortunate enough to have other options that are beyond the reach of the corporatocracy. They’re not nearly as lucrative, but I can still make a living.

There’s no way the OP is serious. The vaccine has done little to prevent infection, especially since the Omnicron variant became prevalent in early 2022. “IF” the vaccine is still effective at preventing severe infection, you shouldn’t go to work if you are positive with COVID, the flu, or any upper respiratory virus.

In your situation, a better question is, if you let your boyfriend frick you in the arse without a condom and wind up getting AIDS, should your boss be allowed to fire you with cause???

Vaccinated people still get the Wuhan virus. Like all the time.

What else does this extend to?

"You don't wear a mask 24/7"
"We saw you posted on FB that you went to a concert two days ago, and now your sick"

shite idea from a likely shite person.

What a take...
So, I take the jab and get a huge blood clot or cardiac event..Do I get fined or fired for being a complete lemming?

How about I refuse the flu shot and get the flu?

Seriously?

In right to work states you can pretty much be fired for anything and if they don't give an official reason there's not much you could do about it

Maybe if you are vaccinated and multi boosted and get covid and miss work you should be put in the corner wearing a dunce cap.
