Yep. And when the FBI shows up at your house with a court signed search warrant, just let them do their job and count on suing them later.

Is there any sort of cognitive or intelligence tests that police offers have to pass? I'm asking seriously. Time after time these clowns display the most abhorrent behavior knowing they are being recorded. What gives? As far as I'm concerned, any cop that is this dumb, violent, and has no regard for the Constitution needs to be executed within the week. Government employees should not get Constitutional protection when acting in their official capacity. They're not human, just a tool of the government when on duty.

One of the ways I approach a problem is.. What we do know VS. What we don't know.. We know if we don't comply there is a high chance we are going to get our arse kicked... Is it right? No.. But I will do my best to stay away from an arse kicking...
I want to see the video of the interaction when Nichols was still seated in the car. Is that video out there?

What’s your badge number?
Everything you listed is so insanely trivial compared to what any rational human would consider resisting. They were so over the top with him from the start it didn’t seem like he had time to do any of their ridiculous orders correctly, though it seemed to me he was trying, though I guess I can’t see through whatever ridiculous Delta Force operating procedures lens you’re pulling this from.
Tell me this, why did they never cuff him during the entire episode when they could have easily? They had one hand restrained, his other hand was raised the whole time. If you are going to be that aggressive with him WHY NOT CUFF HIM?
For posterity
I am laughing at you. This is laughable

Then the big one, he cocks his leg out to the left so he has leverage to get up and run. That wasn't an accident.

There's your answer. It doesn't fricking matter what happened before the video.
They are police officers. If someone really pisses me off in a bar, and hell, punches me 2 or 3 times. I can't chase him down with 5 of my friends and beat him till he's dead.
Well. I mean I guess I can try that shite but you and I both know what it will mean for me.
And I'm not supposed to be a trained professional!

I typically agree with the comply line of thought, but this case feels much different. From the very get go they were so verbally aggressive, conflicting demands, screaming over each other, and being physical with him. He could do nothing right, it escalated extremely quickly. I don’t blame him for running, I think he legit feared for his life.
Agreed, def feels different. Seems quite plausible that they knew the guy and were out for him. All I saw was reckless driving for the pullover then he fled. It fits superficially. 100% reserving judgment here.

I thought you were asking a serious question but you have nothing but fallacies; got it. Go back to fricking off.

Imagine resisting arrest for the 400th time and expecting a different outcome

Hard to say, the cops came so hard defcon 5 from the get go. No escalation, just straight wide open bad cop from the beginning. Makes me think there is more going on here
Exactly what I said. It appears they are basically trying to kill him from go. There’s got to be more to this.

How ignorant are the cops? Did it not register they probably caused internal bleeding, brain damage, and sitting him up against their car didn't alleviate the injuries/ their abhorrent behavior? No one is this stupid-they seemed to simply not GAF.
Two were holding a 150 pound cuffed man beating him mindlessly. Then the one ahole used a baton, and another whipped him. The other kicked him very hard in the head.
They didn't think anyone would ever review videos or the light pole camera because they are black and untouchable.
Or they were too ignorant to know when they damage organs/cause head trauma, internal bleeding? I wouldn't hire any of the cops to clean a dumpster or be a farmhand with pigs.

Why didn’t they cuff him when they had control of his hands and he was laying on the ground? Someone answer that

Wrong. You or your car could fit a description of a report or alert they just received. You don’t know what they have so your best option is to comply
If they had reasonable cause to pull him over then the stop is justified in most cases. This case does appear odd. Up until the point of the tasers and escalation it was “by the book”

How often are you immediately grabbed and thrown out of a vehicle in the middle of the road? By the book my arse

Reckless driving allegedly

So endangering others probably warranted a different response than a typical stop.
