There is no peaceful way to untangle ourselves on a purely ideological standpoint.

Every conservative I have ever met has spent the last 4 years stocking up on guns, ammo, nonperishable foods, generators, etc... and practicing with those guns. We do this while strengthening our bonds with our neighbors, backing the police against crime, and discussing the dangers of centralized authoritarian government.

Every progressive I have met has spent the last four years discussing whether or not a human with a penis is a man or a woman and openly crying and having mental breakdowns if you buy Aunt Jemima syrup or land of the lakes butter because of cultural appropriation. They also have been attacking the police, defending criminals, and claiming speech is physical violence the government should shut down.

I don’t want this country to go to war and I hope we don’t come to that, but if it does, I have little doubt about which side will win.

As I have said in another thread most of us are too old. When this comes to a head, and it will, it will be on the shoulders of our children and grandchildren. The best I can do is make sure my son is prepared while trying my hardest to delay the inevitable.

History has shown us time and time again that power hungry government vs freedom loving citizen is a battle that is ever raging. It cycles hot and cold.

Covid might be the catalyst for the next hot war. Europe looks primed to tear itself apart and we won’t be far behind them depending on what happens next Tuesday.

WE gotta keep Camp Pendleton and MCRD San Diego/ Navy base. I guess it will be sorta like Gitmo.

Vote-by-mail and ballot harvesting is blatantly illegal. Therefore any election using this way of voting would necessarily have to be deemed null and void.

The only way to insure the authenticity of a vote is for the voter to show up IN PERSON at his/her voting precinct, present proper identification, sign in and vote. If there exist a legitimate reason (illness, handicapped, out-of-town, etc.) a person cannot vote in person then measures should exist to allow that person to vote absentia.

Let me say again....Vote-by-Mail is illegal. Allowed to become the norm, Vote-by-Mail will make a mockery of our voting system and our Constitutional Republic. IMO, it will destroy our Consitutional Republic Representative form of government.

Decision time America.

Our Nation (People) fought two wars, amongst our populous. One to Found the Nation and one to preserve it. We fought two other wars outside of our Nation, because outside powers threated our Nation.

Obviously, E, you did not watch the John Mark Speaks/Mark My Words Video "Why the Right will win the coming Civil War". It was temporarily on this Board, before JM (not Youtube, or Social Media Censors) deep sixed it. JM advocated "peaceful separation"...but his impeccable analysis of the cultural and logistical dynamics indicated that any such hope was a pipe dream. Anf further, he concluded that both Sides..."only want blood".

There is only one way out of this...such being a Trump landslide and an obvious mandate for Rule of Law/Equal Justice to be - once again - fought for in the streets, and reestablished. Such a 'reestablishment can NOT be accomplished with said Rule of Law. Just the problematic aspect of the MSM's blatant half truth as lies and First Amendment Principle...proves that.

As much as I hate to admit and fear for the well-being of my innocent and delicate loved ones, wishful thinking or self delusion is counter productive IRL.

It only takes a handful of certain (highly skilled and committed) people to kick of JM's "civil war"; as it is not the traditional version. It's more like a 'Katrina' scenario across the Nation, than an Ideological-based conflict. It'll descend into desperate, Urban have nots - many of whom shoot each other on a full belly - fleeing to the Country....where they will meet with an armed and highly pissed off populous.

I hope and pray you are right..."he won't"; and a relatively short 'swamp draining' can occur. Otherwise, it's overall anarchy and a dogfight. What else is new.

All we would need to do is organize like the left does so well, and declare economic warfare or basically mass boycotting to all things leftist. The middle of the country produces everything of substance. Just cut them off, force them to get up and produce for themselves. In that process, some of them may actually gain conservative values.
