If only a trans actor can play a trans character, only a cis actor can play a cis person.

What's the one where you decide everyday when you wake up?
They can play anybody.
They can play anybody.

What are you talking about?
And yes I know what cis and trans mean.

Your theme is fine, but I reject your argument as it reinforces the concept of "cis"
There is no cis
there are only normal people and abnormal people

That’s when I was first introduced to the terms cis and trans...organic chemistry. The usage in the OP seems new.

We have scientific definitions for a reason. They include counseling, doctor consultations, etc.
The point is the same.

And a straight person can only play a straight person and only a male can play a male role (see Ghostbusters remake)

It's a "scientific" definition that originated 20 years ago, only gained popularity about 10 years ago (largely among the activist class) and isn't anywhere close to universal adoption in 2018.
It's a term fueled largely by social movement, not by medicine.

And what is your point?
Second question, if an actor cannot play different role than who they are, are they an actor?

But isn’t the whole notion of trans, one sex prentending to be another?
You’d think they would love it. What’s the problem?

No , We don’t waste time. Don’t try to pin the hysterical Leftist social AgitProp you fund and support on the people who actively oppose it. Just own it like a USEFUL IDIOT should.
