he came the first time as a sacrificial lamb....don't be fooled, his 2nd coming is in judgement.

and at that time of judgment, Christians will have been raptured before the tribulation. this antichrist will become known during that time.

when Jesus comes the 2nd time, it'll be toward the end of the tribulation period, and he aint coming to get sacrificed again. it will be with judgment and the wraths of god.

my first reaction would be to ask him to PLEASE stop allowing young children to contract leukemia. that's just mean on his part.

There’s several people now that claim to be prophets and the son of God. Some have small followings depending how persuasive they are but most people view them as crack pots. They arnt murdered for the most part like some of you are suggesting. It would take some pretty fantastic miracles to convince the general population that you are the real deal.

So eventually I’m going to send my Son back in the form of a human, but I won’t tell you when.

Bible says his sign will appear and everyone will see it.

Everyone who doesn’t accept that this human is the son of god because he said so is doomed to hell

The recommended thing to do is get saved now because you don't know when he will return.

Somebody needs to go back and read Matthew 24 a little slower.

Depends, how exactly would he appear?

Would he clearly present himself as somewhat supernatural or would he walk around as a typical modern man claiming to be God?

If it's the latter, I think 99% of Christians would reject him. He would have to clearly appear differently from everyone else.

IMO, we won't see some Long-haired Person float down out of the sky and walk amongst Humans. Jesus said "I am the Truth", and THAT is what will be coming back a 'second time'. It will be a true and monumental 'Vision' (I.e., Perceptual Paradigm/Reality) that will envelope and transform the normal world view of PARTICULAR individuals. Many/most will not be part of this 'transformation'; they'll be stuck in the 'hell' of normality/reality. That will be the 'Rapture', and the Second Coming all rolled into one.

Of course, good-hearted but vision-less folk who call on God/Jesus' 'Mercy', will be judged according to God's Mercy when they leave this World. But the ride out won't be so merciful.

Just my opinion. Mud on the wall so to speak. Might stick...might fall off.

I think he would most likely skip over New Orleans since there is not much there that can be saved.

That’s nothing compared to all the people in history that died without hearing anything about Jesus or Christianity. Sucks to be them

God clearly revealed himself to people that lived prior to Jesus' walking the earth. Isaiah never met Jesus yet he wrote about him in prophecy so there is no way Isaiah doesn't enter Heaven. Those that rejected God prior to Jesus will have it bad but plenty of people who never met Jesus but were God fearing people will be on the right side of judgement.

What about all the Chinese, Native North and South Americans, sub-Saharan Africans, and everybody else that didn’t hear about Christianity after Jesus died and until the missionaries got there?

There was a pretty good series on either Netflix or Prime a couple years ago that made this situation seem pretty surreal.

Arab guy from Iran started a following. Israel rejected him bc he was from Iran. He came to the US and following grew. Met with the POTUS and told him if they removed all weapons and soldiers from Russian borders then He would guarantee world peace. (Bold move!)

The whole show left you wondering if he really was Jesus or an imposter. The end of the show however had the CIA shoot this guy down out of a private jet. Ending showed the man walking away from the wreckage..

There is a reason he said the first time around getting into heaven is hard.

Same way they reacted while he walked the Earth.
He knew how humans would react and chose to suffer and die anyway.

God clearly revealed himself to people that lived prior to Jesus' teachings. I suppose they either rejected him or they didn't. Not familiar with ancient time China religion but today, they are irreligious (primarily atheist) or Buddhist. Neither of those have a place in the New Jerusalem, in my opinion.

When he comes back, he will bring justice to the world and destroy those that have brought crimes against humanity.

I would be interested to see how Jesus would act to the Catholic church at this point. I 100% believe what I was taught in Catholic school, but the church is out of control right now.
