The funny thing is that there are people who have started out as gay and then changed. I remember a female contestant on "Hell's Kitchen" who was a dike on the show but is now happily married to a man and has a few kids.

This is my view on the matter.
God created men and women to be heterosexuals. But because of sin, and generations of sin, it has had an affect on God’s desired plan.
Because of it and environmental factors, some individuals are born with a desire and sexual feelings for the same sex. We all know boys who were very effeminate from an early age and later came out as gay.
Some ( mostly women) are driven to homosexuality because of abusive relationships with men.
However, In any case, it’s not God’s fault and they can either choose a celibate life which honors God, or pray for him to change their desires.

It kinda makes sense evolutionarily speaking.
Clans of humans get males in their group that have male strength without competing with the other males for mates. It probably made those groups stronger and those males with gay brothers were better off.

Why would anyone choose to be gay? Who would actively desire this?
