If Biden was out of it, and his staff was running things via autopen - is that criminal?

Were any crimes committed?

Obviously, this is a huge breach of trust, but are there any crimes committed?

I’m sure it’s not legal for anybody to use his auto pen

Should be.. but who knows?

Autopen has been around in some form or fashion for a very, very long time.

I believe Obama was the first to use it to sign legislation and other official acts.

I guess he was playing the long game... normalized it during his own term so it would be imperceptible come his "third" term he spoke so fondly of.

Well, it is textbook fraud to sign something for someone else without their knowledge.

Apparently, most of the auto pen in question occurred near the end after Trump was elected. Biden was a corpse and his staff was “trump proofing” crap that they wanted to continue…seems like it snowballed into pardons for everyone and biden had no clue….

Probably a crime

All they have to claim is they had his orders to sign documents.

I doubt he'd deny it.

What then?

No.

No.

By now you should be able to identify who is really running with this story (and all the goofy hyperbole they're using) to sniff out this has virtually no hope of going anywhere meaningful.

Without the intent of the signatory authority, it is a forgery.

It is as close to a treasonous act as you can imagine without the use of firearms in the process.

I do not see how anyone who was involved with this cover-up can be allowed to continue in any sort of official capacity - and their actions ought to be screened with the PRESUMPTION that they were knowingly committing TREASONOUS 'palace coup'.

In this case, any of them who cannot come up with a 'reasonable' explanation for their complicity should be convicted of at LEAST a 'conspiracy' to commit treason and suffer at least a 25 year prison sentence, if not more.

THIS is the saddest episode in the long history of the USA - and an EXAMPLE must be made of its seriousness -

What we need is a RECONSTRUCTION period - just like following the civil war.

At LEAST a half century of PRESUMED GUILT for anyone associated with the DEMOCRAT party - and THEY must be disallowed ANY official governmental office - and lose their right to VOTE for a decade or more.

The problem begins and ends with the fact that Joe Biden was not, nor was he ever the rightful winner of the 2020 general election.

Everything else that followed was brought on by a band of illegitimate usurpers and criminals occupying the White House as they foisted a desiccated husk of a career politician in front of the cameras to keep their charade going.

Jake Tapper said that Hunter Biden was acting as de facto Chief of Staff.

Cocaine was found in the WH.

Topless trannies were flouncing around on the WH lawn.

Cross-dressing deviants charged with dealing with the nation's nuclear waste were stealing luggage at the airport then wearing the stolen clothing to official events.

13 US servicemen and 100+ Afghani citizens were murdered in a suicide bombing that targeted the chaos surrounding the botched US withdrawal from Kabul.

Potatohead Joe kept checking his watch while observing the bodies of the murdered servicemen being returned to Dover AFB.

Elections have consequences.

Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.

All Biden has to say, he authorized it.

We will have to prove he did not have the mental capacity to authorize it.

If he lacked capacity, (He did) and they were aware, (they were) then there is a huge issue of legality.

This could go somewhere meaningful, even if no crimes were committed. If we can expose beyond a shadow of a doubt that Biden was cuckoo for Coco-Puffs, then a lot of people could be out in the Democrat power structure.

The infighting as people try to distance themselves from this will be epic. One thing people with close ties to he administration SHOULD NOT be able to do is to say they had no idea that Joe was impaired. EVERYONE knew and we need to make sure that everyone who claims otherwise is exposed for being a liar.

Exactly. And not his state now, but you'd need incredibly strong evidence proving AT THAT TIME he was mentally unable to authorize it.

Like it's total jibberish. If you don't have the common sense to see this is really never going anywhere, you're helpless.

Sadly, the 25th Amendment didn't anticipate or account for the situation where everyone in the President's circle is "in on it."
