So I guess you pissed away your vote as well?

I didn't, I actually voted in line on that one. Shelby brings a lot to Alabama, has been extremely good with the port jobs, etc. I don't vote for Senate because of how you feel about certain things, you are simply a cog in the machine.

I'm also not a hypocrite, I don't mind swamp monsters and voted for Brooks in the primary.

Moore hurts the Republican party going forward, if the tax bill keeps the adoption subsidy out and taxing people who get tuition benefits, while Moore becomes the face of the Republican party in 2018... It has the possibility to hurt them BAD.

but you know, at least we kept a DEM out of the Senate for 2 years! (and if this came across as me not understanding, I do, I really do, I'm actually torn on my vote next month honestly, I just know that what is presented above is the facts)

Yes on all counts.

JBE sold us a bill of goods assisted by state GOPe sellouts.... I got calls from elected republicans who went on and on about how conservative he was.... "not really a liberal, just had to be to get elected to the House"... "he's just like us".

Didn't believe it then.... and he's proved me right. The looming fiscal cliff will just continue the kicking of that poor arse can down that dark bass road.

Vote for Moore. It's important. Gumps can unload him next time... just don't lose the seat.

Seems so obvious to this deplorable.

The biggest being Bobby Jindal himself.

I remember when Jindal timed his exit from the presidential race on the same week as the Louisiana runoff and that completely fricked over Vitter good as it kept Jindal's shitty second term in mind of disillusioned voters who were already angry enough with Vitter.

I fully believe that Jindal was behind Angelle's candidacy and encouraged him to go scorched earth against Vitter with the character assassination.

Jindal had a long standing feud with Vitter that was completely nasty and he had no problem with letting a progressive tax and spend liberal win the election if it meant Vitter would not be his successor.

frick Jindal.

Yep, that's about how it played out. The Louisiana Deep State is alive and well... probably about a couple of dozen folks calling all the shots, and they're all chameleons.... change from blue to red, house to senate, with ease. Whatever it takes to stay in power.

Meanwhile, those legislators with the integrity needed to make a difference lose interest in a futile fight and go home, and the deep state establishment claims victory and continues to rule.

It's really pretty sad. No real future to look forward to when you're fighting the same battles year in and year out.

Yet I'll go vote for him to keep a poisonous Democrat out, if that's what it comes down to.

I am glad I don’t have to vote because he is an ignorant redneck but so much better than any Democrat because they will vote in unison to screw over any group that won’t bequeath them a vote.

I will never vote for a party who endorses the killing of unborn babies. Why any Christian does is mind blowing.

Thanks for being a pragmatic voter.

Wish all conservatives were like you. We wouldn't have a libtard governor in Louisiana if they did.

The sad truth is, sometimes we have to vote for the lesser of two evils. In this case, you may hate Moore, but he'll vote for 75% of things you agree with versus zero.

Maybe it will help knowing 3\4 of those unborn babies would be born into families that would get be getting additional government handouts

Because the Republican stance is that life is sacred when it is in the mother but once it is born that mother and baby better not ask for shite. It's better they both starve than take taxpayer money

"Some 75% of abortion patients in 2014 were poor or low-income. Twenty-six percent of patients had incomes of 100–199% of the federal poverty level, and 49% had incomes of less than 100% of the federal poverty level ($15,730 for a family of two).*[6]"

i mean that’s political reality. What is the alternative? Especially now as polarized as the two seem to be

Yeah! Let’s kill them then!

Or?

How about we go buy a $1 condom? Then, you know we don’t have to get govt subsidized abortions to kill the child we had no intention of paying for to begin with?

Paul Ryan is the moral epitome of sincere, honest, smart family-man Legislator, who stands on His (moral) principles. He dissed Trump because of Trump's aggressive vulgarity and blatant narcissim.

Yet Ryan (RINOS) stood by and let Barack Obama CRIMINALIZE the whole damn Government Bureaucracy, in order to further their political (Globalist) Ideology...with only a "smidgeon" of protest. Nothing near His open disdain for Trump.

Moore is just another version of Trump. We elect this kind of person not because of their personal morality...but because of their political utility. I doubt that any of us would want George Patton for a friend...but He sure came in handy whacking Hitler.

We FIREBOMBED Dresden. Nuked Japan. Women and kids. And we did so to defend our Constitutional Freedom. The Left is more of a threat to our Freedom than either Hitler, Japan or Russia/China (Communism), because they are WITHIN. And on the verge of assuming Democratic ("Mob Rule") power.

Kruschev said that "we'll take you without firing a shot". Now we know what He knew.

Moore.
