Why the deletion of the account?
Because she fcked up and her attachment to the very public judge of this very public case has ended this farce of a trial....they are just starting to realize it.

This doesn't seem like a spouse with a mere political opinion. This is personal against the defendant sitting before the judge. The NY statutes being discussed clearly apply to something like a spouse being pro Biden, hosting fundraisers, even making points that Republicans and even Trump have bad policies, etc.
This is "frick Trump" Trump is a criminal. That strikes me as something very different from a political opinion.

Never supposed to be credible. This is a time and resource drain. The don't give a shite if this is overturned on appeal, they are probably expecting it to be. This is a roadblock to try and keep him off the campaign trail. None of this will stick long term.

I get what you are saying, BUT - this is beyond a spouse with a political view. This is a person exhibiting hate toward a defendant who is sitting in front of that person's spouse as a judge.
If the politics were reversed I can confidently say I would be strongly in favor of the judge stepping aside.
