Unless you're a health care provider seeing volumes of COVID, no one's personal experience is going to contain sufficient numbers to make a sound conclusion on the efficacy of vaccine (and it's certainly not going to break through the motivated reasoning of others), though if you have strong personal experiences, people can/do change their minds on the basis of a small n of your personal life. Those make outsize difference, but for most people it will still mostly come down to which sources you trust.

I had covid. Took 2 Tylenol and drank some Maker's. Felt fine the next day.
Got 2 weeks off of work with pay because of a mild cold.
Was hoping i'd get it again this year just for the vacation.
Not getting vaxxed. frick you. frick Biden.

I highly doubt you know 300 people and nobody experienced any issues with the vaccine. My wife and I both had the Pfizer vaccine and I ended up with tinnitus (which appears will be permanent), and my wife with irregular cycles which fortunately cleared up after a few months. If 2/2 of the vaccinated people in my house had issues, there's almost no chance a random population of 300 had none.

I work for a rather large company that has gone off the deep end with COVID protections - on-site testing, on-site vaccinations, they pay people to get vaccinated, extreme contact tracing, they’re nazis about being masked, they have extra crews come in with special disinfectant cleaning supplies… the list goes on and on and on.
A couple of times each week I get the email that someone I work with has tested positive. That number is way over a hundred at this point.
Not one, not a single one of them, nor their families, has died from it.
Not. fricking. One.
They all take their two weeks off and return to work saying that they were in bed for a couple of days with “the flu” and spent the rest of their time enjoying their paid vacation.
frick Biden. And frick trolls like the OP.

I personally know zero people who died with Covid. I also personally know two young people who were fully vaxxed and still got Covid worse than I did as a filthy unvaccinated person.

I don't keep track but the only person I know that's been in the ICU and on and off of ventilators is vaccinated. She's been fighting it for almost 4 months now.
