He's voted to convict Donald Trump for crimes he didn't commit, knowing full damn well that he didn't commit them.

He’s up for re election in West Virginia in 22 . WV was one of two states that all counties voted red in 2020 . Don’t you think he’s just playing politics ? They are all snakes .

At least he is saying negative things about these bills. It will give other Dems the courage to feel that they can CYA their own futures. The pendulum is swinging.

He's really standing up on this one. I have been expecting him to cave at any moment now. But now I think he is really going to hold out for something sensible.
