Income taxes have to be approved by popular vote per Texas Constitution. Anything can happen, but don’t count on Texans to vote for that.

Brother. It’s fricked regardless and has been for a long time. We’ve just been in the middle of one of many temporary stop gaps. How many of those we have left- I don’t know. Plan accordingly.
