I don't understand. How did the ATF and FBI act as judge, jury, and executioner?

I understand you are simply a troll, but I'll explain it in using simple words, so you can understand.

The criminal penalty for weapons charges is not death. The ATF raid was a stunt from Day 1. I say all of this having known one of the ATF agents that died at Waco. His death was a tragedy, it didn't demand the murder of women and children.

Most of your list is opinion or simply incorrect.

I see your point, but it's a little more complicated. Sexual abuse aside, you had a bunch of people who fell for his manipulation and came to believe that one day the government was going to show up with guns and do harm to them. Consequently, they armed themselves, practiced shooting, tactics etc.

By handling it the way that they (feds) did, they gave them the apocalyptic scenario that they (davidians) had been prepared for.

The tragedy is that with some restraint the feds could have accomplished the necessary task of shutting it down without showing up like Armageddon had arrived. They played right into Koresh's scheme.

Good response. I wonder how differently Trump would have handled this situation. I'm guessing the same with more aggression.

Cops love that shite. That is why they execute no-knock raids on trailer parks and throw flash-bangs in baby cribs.

Baby in Coma After Police 'Grenade' Dropped in Crib During Drug Raid

By TINA CHEN

A Georgia toddler has been put into a medically induced coma after he was badly burned by a police "flash bang" grenade that landed in the crib where the boy was sleeping during a drug raid, his mother told ABC News today.

The raid occurred before dawn Wednesday night in Habersham County while the Phonesavanh family was sleeping.

"It was a big flash, a loud bang, a bunch of yelling, and my son screaming," the boy's mom, Alecia Phonesavanh, 27, told ABC News.

"Two of my other girls were next to my husband. There was a member of the SWAT team pinning him down, another man had my son who was screaming and crying," Phonesavanh said.

"At that time I didn't see his playpen, but I kept telling him to 'Please just give him to me,'" Phonesavanh said of 19-month-old son Bounkham. "'He's just scared.'"

If anything, it's a tragedy because it spawned the OKC bombing.

The government named a training facility after a motherfricker who shot a 14-year-old in the back.

Edit. Degan was the marshal killed at Ruby Ridge. I believe the center was named after him. Cooper was the marshal who killed the kid. My mistake.

It is a tragedy that 4 ATF agents were killed.

I can't rape children or own fully auto weapons why should they have been allowed to do it. I don't understand the mind set that the FBI was 100% at fault.

Fedgov flexing its muscles, clearly.

Can you imagine the uproar if Trump ordered something like this on a leftist compound?
The streets would burn, and the media would fan the flames.

Dumbass. Nothing was on fire until the government showed up.

The sexual abuse of children cannot be allowed to continue.

Dumbass. Where is the improvement in killing the children?

I don't see it as a failure of the FBI or Janet Reno.

Dumbass. 86 people died trying to arrest one man.

I'm close to his. It's a very difficult situation as it was in Oregon for completely different reasons.

You stated why it was a tragedy. One of Randy Weaver's female family members being shot dead while holding a child at Ruby Ridge was also a tragedy.
