re: I am convinced our entire national debt is due to fraud and money laundering

I've said repeatedly on this forum, with $38 trillion of US debt, there should be streets paved with gold and jewel encrusted bridges.
The most devastating aspect of a reckless fiat racket is the destruction of the fiat currency. The designed destruction of the fiat currency through money conjuring/inflation allows the theft of purchasing power from those who are subjugated to use the fiat currency racket. I won't go into the insidious "first at the money trough" aspect of a fiat currency racket, research yourselves.
To put $38 trillion of debt into perspective think about this.
The speed of light travels approximately 5.9 trillion miles in one year, it would take nearly 6.5 years for light to travel 38 trillion miles.
Allow that^^^^ to marinate.

80% of all gov’t spending could be eliminated and the only people that would notice are the people stealing that money.

Sales tax revenue funds the public school system. It doesn’t go into capital improvements in general. Who knows where the casino revenue goes, even though that was sold as a way to improve schools in the beginning.

Well the schools here are all in pretty horrible condition and aging

$ 38 trillion.
.neither is a capitalist.
Biden was controlled by Marxist that could have destroyed his family with his secrets.
Hussain is a straight up Marxist. He was a plant by globalist to FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE AMERICA. .
95% of DC are not capitalist, they are corrupted and controlled.

the absolute vitriolic response to DOGE oversight was very telling
To be fair, they put one of the most divisive people in the country over it who then started stoking the flames by endlessly posting on Xwitter. Like it or not, DOGE has run much smoother since Elon had to leave. It is still doing its job without all of the bullshite he brought.

Your side thinks men can get pregnant, yet calling out waste and fraud is a mental health issue? You are so brainwashed, it's pathetic, Hank.

Keep blaming just blue states and the left when Republicans are just as complicit

I would suggest that a good percentage (greater than 50%) is due to those factors.

Yeah MTG made herself a quick $30 million and got out, then set herself up to be a CNN, MSNBC, etc darling so she can charge thousands in appearance fees to them in the future.
Very few if any of these politicians can resist the type of money and power being thrown around.

I didn’t perceive this as the take from the OP.

There are road signs everywhere in Jackson, MS that say "We Buy Diabetic Test Strips - Up to $40 per box"
Just a total scam. People get them for free or close to free on government programs (at taxpayer expense of over $100 per box) and then sell them to people for $40 a box, who sell them for $80 a box.

quote:I agree with everything you said about fraud and abuse. I don’t know if this is true but we had the high speed fiber optic laid down recently in our rural area and the foreman said this was government money paying for laying it down.
Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment
The service is optional, is not free and actually expensive (it is not installed in every home). We are one of only a handful that bought the service down our stretch of highway. I only mention this is because I don’t know if this was part of Biden legislation.
(Fun fact, many of the ones laying the cable couldn’t speak English)

You think thats insane. Check out the CPSB website and download last years budget and run it through Grok and start asking questions.
The general line item expenditures are crazy. Evidently you have to request from them a more itemized list. Its hilarious.

The question presented by this thread is NOT "are fraud and waste Bad Things?" We all agree with this premise.
The issue presented by this thread is the moronic proposition that "our entire national debt is due to fraud and money laundering." And the lemmings are falling all over themselves to accept that laughable premise ... you included, apparently, since it was YOU who presented this farcical notion.
