Big corporations will cut a deal with OSHA that only new hires must be vaxxed. Many took that position before the “mandate” that hasn’t been written yet.

ETA: I would think the employee injured by the vaccine could sue and win.

My guess is leftist/Marxist lawyers will say you can always quit if you don’t want the hokey pokey. That’s the corporation’s protection.

There are always caveats. Usually, you won’t get fired but be forced to take a position that doesn’t require you to be in an office or with employees or customers. Assuming those jobs are available. Oh, wait, they probably aren’t..and if they are, they will be about 75% less pay.

Maybe some of the smart lawyers here could opine as to whether it falls under workers comp.

Nope, unless the injection was administered through your employment. If you had the the injection on your own you would not be in the course and scope of your job.

Yes, they are.

Falls squarely on the shoulders of companies (if you were already employed by the company - their conditions changed after hired that requires you to get vaccinated).

Also, by requiring you to get vaxxed, they’re saying something is WRONG WITH YOU. ie. you are disabled in some way and are forcing you to inject a foreign substance in to your body to fix it. Violates the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Ha, my hotel owner is mandating vaccines for all employees and coincidentally SHRM is just finishing up their national convention here.

Aren't Republicans for tort reform and limiting liability for corporations so that they can create jerbs?

Possibly. Is this hypothetical company going to allow weekly tests for those that dont get the vax? Or is it a straight up mandate?

After hire, workers comp.

I work for a big company. But there is always less than 100 people in my area. Since that means the vaccine isn't needed, why didn't Xiden make me exempt?

What is the mechanism the virus uses to know if a person is OK to infect? Smart Virus it can count to at least 100.

Yes, but Republicans aren’t using force or fines to enact tort reform. You leftist loons are incredibly naive in your world views.

No. The government will protect the corporations from liability.

We need to stop appealing to logic in this battle. There is no rational reason for anything that’s happening. There’s only power.

Power only responds to power.

We cannot appeal to the government to stop government. We have to take the power.

The whole reason Biden made this mandate it to give big corporations cover.
If you sue the corporation their defense will be: Biden said we have to. Sue him.
And they will win.

It should be liable. But it probably won't be.

Corporations, politicians and liberals in general will smugly smile as they say "lol you took it voluntarily, it has nothing to do with us if you die from it."
