Trump had a whole administration and people refer to it as the Trump presidency. But as you've said, there are 6 pages of this discussing Hunter and the Trump kids so it's pretty clear from context that we're talking about his kids.

They're both examples where there's really no concrete proof of impropriety or that Biden was giving favors.
If you care about impropriety, they're both examples of it. It's why presidents usually sell their business interests in order to avoid giving the impression of impropriety.
