I'm responding to so many people that my phrasing gets jumbled.
I meant that Republicans could draft articles of impeachment now and then wait until they control the judiciary committee to impeach him.
But it doesn't seem like they're doing that and I feel fairly comfortable in saying they won't impeach him when they control the house.

Trump isn't going to replace Biden if Biden is impeached.
Politicians of all parties are self-interested. If there was concrete proof, they'll impeach Biden and be able to make a strong electoral case for it. They'll then win the 2024 election in a landslide.

If Republicans hold the house in 2022 by a significant margin (20+) it is a certainty that Biden is going to be impeached. 100%. But, it will be more about the border and his intentional breaking of federal law.
