We all have the family member or close friend that openly bashes Christianity and its impact on society. OK, fine. I actually can understand if you dislike it if you're an unbeliever.

But if you discuss that a classical liberal society is at risk with the rise of Islam, which in their eyes should be seen as a more extreme version of what they hate about Christianity, they are deeply offended. All of a sudden towards Islam they are 'inclusive' and respect freedom of religion.

Did you see that video of girls kicking the Bible after the Roe v Wade decision? I'd be more impressed with their convictions if they also kicked a Quran

Christianity and morality are two sides of the same coin, you cant have one without the other so in order to usher in the grooming and child abuse, step one is to remove peoples core morality through eliminating god and practice of religious faith from all forms or reference in people's lives

Why we can't be afraid to call anti-Christians out by their bigotry. Obviously we don't want to go that route, but they need to realize when they push their evil that it is Anti -Christian discriminatory and why we can't accept their views.

I’ve always had a hard time understanding, or believing in this. Heard it a lot growing up in church, but I don’t believe it to be true. I had friends who grew up in atheistic or agnostic homes, and have just as good of morals as any Christian I know. Shoot, probably better morals than a lot of Christians I know.

Abortion is not a religious issue. It is about not allowing the legalization of murder against a helpless segment of the population.

Oh, but you are correct that liberalism has at its roots an anti Christian agenda. Most liberals don't even know satanist are the creators and driving force of liberalism.

Straight bullshite. Typical Christian hypocrisy in saying "if you're not Christian, you're immoral. My morality is vastly superior to your morality."

Be wary of any man who tells you how to live your life.

As much as Hank is a milktoast, he's right about this being a massive echo chamber.

They can call it whatever they want, but the fact that they always go after Christianity or something that is derivative of it is not a coincidence.

Sorry. This is bullshite, especially across the board. I’m not even religious and you would have to be a fricking moron not to notice the decline in morality with increased debauchery as more and more walk away from the church. Just another terrible take by an imbecile

That is a different argument than what you are responding to, and both positions can be true.

One does not have to be Christian to be moral. There are plenty of kind, generous, highly moral people in the world who are not Christians. They may follow some other religion, or they may be atheist or agnostic, but they still care enough about others and believe in being a productive and uplifting member of society.

But, I do agree that as young people are leaving the religion behind, they are losing the indoctrination that provides a strong moral compass. Buy this is not limited to people leaving Christian churches.

And, of course, their are plenty of people claiming to be Christians who have low or questionable morals. You might say they are not really Christians, but who are we to judge?

*milquetoast. And that’s not a great adjective to describe Hank.

this is objectively a silly statement. There are people on both sides of the issue in this very thread. An echo chamber band dissent. Twitter/DU/Reddit. Those are echo chambers. If you can’t handle it here you’re going to have trouble finding your self-space. Unless it is, of course, your echo chamber.

Because one religion is true, the other is not only allowed but promoted by those who supposedly do not believe.
