I want my president to do well - Always have.

Look...there was a time when both parties seemed to be heading in the same general direction. Obviously, they disagreed on the ways in which to get there. The analogy I like to use is getting to NOLA from Lafayette. You can go through Baton Rouge, or you can go through Morgan City. Ultimately, the goal is the same.
I genuinely think American greatness and prosperity was the goal for both parties. Given what the democrats have advocated, it's now crystal clear they are headed in the opposite direction of where I think the country ought to be headed. It's no longer just differing means of getting to the same goals, it's differing means of reaching to opposite and diametrically opposed goals.
So...no, unless you're ok with Biden achieving success as defined by what the Democrat party is advocating , he's incapable of "doing good."

I'll be shocked if he makes the year without Kamala bumping him off.
I truly believe he'll make it into his 3rd year before Kamala takes over, because then she can run twice more and be President for 10 years.
Unless he dies or becomes incapacitated before then.

About as shocked as I would be if he finishes all 4 years of his term.

I’d be shocked if he shut down the borders and significantly curbed illegal immigration, pulled troops out of the ME, checked the power of tech companies and prohibited them from censoring conservatives, and removed market barriers for small business owners.
But if he manages to accomplish those things then I’ll be his biggest fan.

I will be shocked. Stuff will happen domestically and on the international scene. They will try to spin their way out of all the unpleasantries. And they may pull it off.

Everything is promises is bad for the average American.
But hey, OMB is out of office, right?

As far as policies go he is going to be Obama 2.0, so the policies during Obama’s presidency did not allow for much prosperity.

The people controlling him won't let him. He's there to return America to business as usual (continue making the establishment richer by selling us out).

They’re putting wander guard on the Oval Office.

I predict all the focus will remain on Trump, no matter what he does. He will be compared to him constantly. Even if positively, it will still be Trump, Trump, Trump 24/7.
And I will love it.
And I will love it.

I’d be extremely happy because the pessimistic side of me says we are circling the toilet bowl and I’m looking into the logistics of retiring an expat; and I’d really rather believe in this nation and her people and live and retire at home.

Not at all. He can't do any wrong.
Did Obama ever make a mistake?
How many innocent people died in his eight years. None of it was his fault.

Did you see the list of EOs he plans to issue out of the gate?
You dumb.
You dumb.

We will be told that he is doing well by the biased media. People will believe it.

I can get behind this.

Hey, now. Not his fault. Obama didn't have a magic wand, you know. Trump stole it because he's an evil meanie-faced capitalist.
