The people that dont want to sing the anthem dont respect the flag anyway. I dont see the reason to sing the anthem for every damn sporting event in our country.

It was ok for decades and decades..many fond memories of sports past.

That’s ok. We will take the flag down too because its offensive and people are bitching. There’s absolutely nothing we wont succumb to.

When the leadership in our country does something I don’t agree with, I’m still a fan of my country. Same applies to my Dawgs and, to a lesser extent, a few other teams.

Me too, and I will still stand next to any leader I dont agree with for the national anthem.

I only watch LSU and the Saints. I DGAS about any other teams. So, if LSU players did it I would say they are a bunch of sheep but would want to watch them play any way. Same with the Saints. The rest of the teams and owners, players, coaches can eat a bag of dicks.

I’m not even wasting my time watching the NFL or NBA. Hopefully millions follow suit and hit these pandering, virtue signaling slap dicks where it matters most to them, their wallets.

I will continue to not give a flying frick what they do for the anthem. I tune in for football, not a political drama.

Stopped caring about the NFL when Goodell took over, baseball after the roids crackdown and the Nba since Jordan retired.

You get that you’re the virtue signaller here right? Your op is embarrassing.

Whether they kneel or not, you honestly should stop using your hard earned cash to support events played largely by people who hate your fricking guts.
It's time to come to terms with reality. And hey. Now's a decent time to start. You can live the rest of your life where the last time you watched this shite, your team won the BCS title.

Because I took a stand on something, and came from a point that assumed this wasn’t something that was an actual virtue but widely accepted? I see I was wrong, at least where you people are concerned.

Oddly enough I watch the NFL for entertainment and do not care in the slightest if the individual players agree with me on every political point
This, otherwise I'd never watch a movie.

I could care less who kneels and who stands.

The entire social justice movement is basically racism of the 50s with evangelical moral majority movement of the late 80s.
They've become what they hated. .

What’s your idea of virtue signaling?
Posted on 6/6/20 at 12:53 pm to Klark Kent
Posting an opinion for all to see the moral superiority and correctness of your view point.
For example, op in this thread.
