Yeah.
It doesn't matter if they did.
He's not Trump and that is all that matters.

Trump got 46% in 2016, he's not getting less than that in 2020

far more democrats in this country than Republicans.
eta: Dems self proclaim themselves that way. Republicans consist of independents that dont want to identify as Reps but vote that way regardless

Imagine thinking a virtual corpse should be the President of this country.

Biden's achilles heel is his noggin.
He could sit in his basement and let Trump ramble nonsense on twitter, etc. and win pretty easily... But unfortunately for Biden we'll have to hear him debate and talk off-prompter soon.
This is what we have to pick from in this election.

, you have to realize Trump can theoretically hurt himself without Biden doing a thing.
This is true, but it’s also true that the only way Biden doesn’t hurt himself is to not be seen or heard. That’s not going to work forever.

75 % of the people get news from the MSM.
The MSM says OMB. Now it says OMI (orange man incompetent).
They constantly run a death counter. They say china has been great but the OMI is the reason we have this problem.
The MSM says that Biden is so presidential. He says he has the answers to avoid a food shortage that we don't have. And then when we don't have one, the MSM will laud him with praise.
Its a concerted effort by the media, by showbiz, by the academics. Because for them feels in more important than is.
And that is the only side the people are seeing.

Hillary won all the polls.

I just want to understand what the choosing of Biden over Trump means positively for the country. I absolutely can’t think of what positive policy position comes with a Biden win instead of Trump.

He promised cures for cancer and Alzheimer's, so I'm sure he really knows what he's talking about.

Fake polls?
Conservative love to either avoid polls or give fake info. I think it's smart.

"Hillary was going to beat Trump soundly."
The RCP average had Hillary winning popular vote by 3 points. She won by 2. The polls are not the be-all, end-all, but the popular notion on this board that they were wildly off base in 2016 is false.

They will never know how many Republicans and independents there are. Polls are meaningless.

According to the polls, including the exit polls, Trump was losing by 11% on election day. How did that turn out? Polls no longer reflect a cross section of the voting public and they haven't for a long time. They have been weaponized.

Your posting of "odds of winning" does more to obscure than it does to illuminate and in no way refutes the simple fact I posted. Projected odds of winning =/= polling. I do suspect prognosticators will be far more careful in calculating their odds based on a number of factors. E.g., running up big margins in safe states is unimportant while narrow victories in swing states are decisive.
It remains a fact that the RCP average was 1 point off the actual tally.

Recency bias. Joe has been a ghost for 4 months, no one remembers how stupid he is

Ever hear the saying "Don't shoot the messenger"? Well you eliminate the messenger(s), you eliminate this message. Just because something is printed or said doesn't make it fact. They're similar to Twitter polls - it's all about the feels.

Since he is doing so well,
I guess we won't hear anymore whispers from corners of the democRat world about needing to replace him.
