How does Trump walk that fine line, between getting justice and unifying the country?

First, Trump is due an immeasurable amount of payback. From fake lawfare, the imprisoning of associates and the Gestapo level abuse of J6 protestors, let's not candy coat any of this. Obama's January 5 2017 Oval Office meeting STILL to this day needs to be addressed. Severely. That's the meeting which set into motion years' worth of DOJ and FISA warrant abuses. Absolute federal crimes were committed. All over a purely politically driven fantasy about the Steele dossier and some whispered claims of a Pee tape in a Moscow hotel room. All of it was pure fiction.

And yet, Trump is driven by a desire to be seen as a winner. Which is well enough, but I don't know how he balances getting due payback without the Machine trying to paint him as a dictator. They control the narrative. Still. The DC establishment and its tendrils across the federal bureaucracy are simply too big for one man, one President in one term, to take down. That's just a fact. There are too many moving parts, events across the globe, for that to happen.

So, does he go about making some superficial gestures, like pardoning the J6ers? (at least most of them) What CAN he do, legally, to make amends for the crimes of and by the Federal Gov't?

I don't know if there's a true best path that lies before him, I just want to see some real work done.

Do not go overboard. In many cases the best thing to do its, show evidence to the public and leave it to an independent DOJ as it once was done.

It isn't about payback imo.. it's about right and wrong.. if he turns a blind eye, they will just do it again to the next guy that pushes back against the system.. Trump has no choice than to burn it all to the ground and start from scratch. It will be messy, but it's the best way to getting our country going in the right direction.. not for the next 4 years.. but for the next 100+ years..

Some of us believe that Trump getting justice WILL unify the country.

But we know how the game will be played. No 'independent' investigator will be bought by the Machine. No conclusion that doesn't fit their narrative will be accepted. Even though Trump has been proven right time and time again.

They still believe he called Nazis very fine people.
They think he called for Liz Cheney to be executed by a firing squad.
They believe he was found guilty of raping a woman in a coat closet.

There are 100's of things he's been accused of having done or said which undeniably have been debunked, yet at the highest levels, folks still repeat the lies as if they were fact.

I think maybe his best bet is to take a few very clear and overtly obvious cases (J6 grandmas in their mall walkers) and strike a blow for justice. At least do something significant that sends a message, for all to see. Then quietly do other stuff, on the down low.

Immediately imprison MSM heads for misrepresentation without bail. Treat them just like the J6'rs have been treated. Watch how quickly MSM begins reporting the TRUTH!!

quote:

On May 18, 1864, U.S. troops marched into lower Manhattan and entered the offices of two key New York City newspapers. Soldiers leveled guns at staff members’ heads. They blocked the doors with bayonets. President Abraham Lincoln had ordered the arrest of the editors and the seizure of the newspapers. That particular May morning, the papers had run a presidential proclamation announcing a draft of 400,000 new soldiers. The problem: Lincoln had issued no such proclamation.

Don’t follow project 2025 which would be very unpopular with everyone but the far right. This would also show the left fear mongers over exaggerated.

Make the gdp and stock market go up.

Good luck trying to get anyone on the left to listen to anything Trump says. He could personally find the cure for cancer tomorrow and they would reject him. Their religion is hating Trump.

frick unifying. Do you honestly think the rabid, blue hair authoritarians are going to ever "unify"?

He has a mandate and the majority of America is behind him. He's a populist who has all the right people from both parties trying to bring him down. I'd say he needs to proceed with his agenda.

Very simple. Follow the law. If you broke it you go to jail. All trials should be public.
We CANNOT ALLOW this 3rd world banana republic tyrannical bullshite to happen again. The punishment must be the max.

If court cases are streamed publicly they’ll have nothing to bitch about

Pick your targets and battles wisely is how. The media is going to twist things up if they can, so making sure evidence is clear is vital.

No question. Some are simply too far gone. Zero point in trying to reach out and appease the loons.

And yes, he needs to proceed with his agenda. That goes a long way in getting his 'revenge'. Don't get too distracted with side antics.

He did allude to the sacrifices that will need to be made over the next couple of years in order to right the ship in his Mar-a-Lago speech after getting elected.

The country is essentially unified. Over half voted one way and that side won the EC. It’s about as close as you can get in the USA by design.

Show evidence, flip rats to go on record, and make every decisive action backed by unimpeachable fact and reason. That will drag those stuck in darkness into the light wether they want to believe it or not.

People proven wrong are rarely happy about it, but they are usually better off for it in the end.

Fire almost all of the existing federal agency folks.

Move many of those agencies out of DC.

Release the JFK files, Covid files, 911 files, etc

Absolutely get rid of the CIA. We need a group that watches what happens over seas but it can be done through the military.

Then expose the shadow government and main stream media connection and corruption.

He will be well served to stay neutral while letting others expose the truth.

I think he can do that this time.

Wiles will give good advice and I believe he will take it.

This has always been an issue with MAGA generally, and Trump made this mistake often in his first admin.

Just see all the threads yesterday celebrating his attorney threatening the NY AG. There is no real benefit and lots of potential risk.

I think this is a sad talking point that has been beaten to death by the liberals. Trump has never had a problem telling people exactly what he was going to do, and he has made it clear he has nothing to do with this nonsense.

Can we please disassociate Trump’s name from the farce that is Project 2025 already?
