I've notice low IQ people can be great manipulators and con artists. I think it a survival instinct in them. Intelligent people do not have to scam to get by. They have good to high paying careers.

Take this video for example it is when the "The Quality Learing Center" got busted and tried to fake a break where they claimed that someone only stole the documents.
You see that white woman? I would bet my entire nutsack that she is involved. She is with some Dem Org, PAC, Group, or even staff which set the paperwork up and submitted fraudulent claims. She used these morons, set everything up, and told them to sign here, here, and here. She paid "workers" who never showed up ,because it was a farce job and probably gave a bit extra to the head. The rest of the money was funneled directly to left wing causes, politicans, and PAC's. The people from Somalia have lower than room temp IQ and that is why Dems want them here. Future voters and they are cover for fraud ops.

Another thing seems many low IQ people lack a moral code. Or they can not distinguish wrong from right. Many poor and low IQ have an entitlement mentality.

It's known that the honkey lefties set up the system to be taken advantage of to line their pockets. They just need to find the corruptible soldiers to implement it. In Minnesota they tried by importing the Hmongs going back as far as the 70s. They weren't corruptible, enough at least. Then eventually they found the low IQ corruptible people of Somalia, and the party coffers are overflowing.
Cutting this off will show with time. Unfortunately what we are seeing in NYC and going full Commie, these people aren't going to learn.

They're getting help, and they're not stealing the lion's share of the money. They'll get the blame and end up holding the bag, a little for each. The big cheese operators will attempt to escape and most likely will.
