Now, your initial comment above would likely be my approach to this issue. Yet if another individual refuses to participate in the charade of a man masquerading as a woman, it is not necessarily bullying.
Someone may have legitimate moral qualms about encouraging this insanity. Respect for divergent opinions is a two-way street.

Stop capitulating.
Not to sound bad, but these people actually need to be bullied into submission for this ridiculous shite to stop. We used to see kids getting shoved in lockers or trash cans and getting swirlies in the toilet for the weird shite. What we're witnessing now is the product of an absence of ramifications because bullying has been stigmatized.
Bullying caused all the school shootings, is what they used to say. Then, bullying was almost completed eradicated, and the people who previously would have been bullied became the ones shooting up schools, and with far greater frequency.
Sometimes people need some sense knocked into them. Guarantee it worked for me, and probably many others on the board.
