I still fly mine. Flew it through GW, Obama, Trump and Biden.

I think people fly the flag for completely different reasons. Some fly it because they are devoted to the government, while others fly it because they are devoted to the ideals this country was founded upon. The two are absolutely not related any longer. The first one will do whatever he is told if it’s wrapped in red, white, and blue, but mostly blue. The other will not, as the flag has much deeper significance than blind allegiance to politicians occupying the seat of power.

There are a few older, white dems in our neighborhood that have a USA flag out. They all also have a Biden/Harris bumper sticker or yard sign.

Don’t forget about the BLM, Rainbow flags, in this house yard sign and 50 bumper stickers letting you know they’re a lib.

Is that why so many of your goose stepping brethren fly that Palestinian flag?

Not sure why anyone is proud to be an American right now.

I think we all have a habit these days of dwelling on only the negative. And that’s not because we’re necessarily negative people, but more because that’s what pumped into the airwaves so much and purposefully so. Perhaps you and all of us should intermittently do some inventory of the positives about America and being an American and the wonderful benefits and qualities of our country. There’s an abundance but one must first get out of the negative mindset if but only for a short while. For starters, we are the only country in the world that does have constitutionally enshrined firearms rights. That on its own is pretty remarkable, full stop.

I fly my USA and Marine Corps flags 24/7, year-round. When they get too tattered or torn, I just replace them.

I fought and bled for this country; won’t give up on her just yet.

I hate that I should have to use my ARs again. (Oh, wait, I lost them in a Boeing plane crash.)

The flag represents those who gave their life and service to this country not to our government.

You result to insults because you can’t really debate what I said.

And of all the things I did say, I stand by my summary the strongest-

quote:

My America, problems and all, is still the greatest nation on Earth. And to date, the history of this world. I don’t see that changing in my life time.

The fact that this statement - the summary of my post - gets “downvoted” by 28 compared to 6 upvoted speaks volumes about you and the other “politards”. You think that someone who loves America and believes it’s the greatest nation on earth is “full of crap” and “idiotic”.

I am proud to be an American - you are welcome to disagree because that is one of the things that makes America great, the freedom to do so. Another great thing is that it gives me the freedom to tell anyone who thinks that my loving America makes me “idiotic” and “full of crap” that they can kiss my arse.

Trump and a Trump flag will be going up soon. It is time to find out who my new neighbors from blue states are for.
