Why are we legislating social constructs?
An employer isn't discriminating against a job candidate because they believe that their large rasta style dreads indicate that they cannot perform. They discriminate because they believe it will have negative impacts where they may lose business to clients who find that hair style to be unprofessional.
Dressing for success and acceptable grooming practices are highly subjective based upon industry and local culture. I understand that hair texture, in particular amongst the African diaspora, makes it difficult to conform with other ethnicities.
No one should be demanding that black people flat iron or chemically treat their hair to look more like "white peoples' hair." It's the more extreme hair styles that look more appropriate on a circus performer than in the office.

You understand how stupid the hairstyles are going to get, right? This is incredibly shortsighted.

The House passed legislation on Friday that would prohibit discrimination against people with hair styles associated with a particular race or national origin.
This include Anglos and male-pattern baldness and action with the ladies?

The problem is that black people have still been discriminated against because of their hair not only in employment, but at school when it comes to the dress code.
Case in point

By white liberals by dumbing down their speech and vocabulary when talking to blacks meanwhile white conservatives don’t dumb down their speech and vocabulary when talking to blacks
Care to comment or run away like a bitch?

Length restrictions on hair aren’t racist no matter what you or the court claim.
Many schools have generally held that any hair longer than collar length is too long for a boy.

But now they can identify as a girl and keep it as long as they like.

It will become a burden on employers and businesses to accommodate these freaks.
Now wait just a minute. Are you implying that if a crappy employee is fired she will hire a lawyer and sue for crown discrimination? No lawyer would stoop so low.
