Holy crap I see why they asked this guy to be a witness.

So we just ignore parliamentary procedure now

This is a sad joke and a sham. No factual witnesses. Just professors espousing their opinion and shutting down any challenge or real questioning… Only professors who support impeccant no professors who would have an opposing view.

So I see some familiar faces in the judiciary committee from the intelligence hearings.
My question is does one have to be smarter and sharper to sit on this committee when compared to the intelligence committee? I ask because I feel like it would be much more difficult to go toe to toe with this Feldman guy as opposed to say, Sondland.
ETA: Not saying Feldman is genuine or fair. But I’m sure he knows his shite.

That's why he won't be first. This is all about partisanship. They literally went out and found the most rabid trump hating professors in the country specifically for this.

so we have professors and lawyers just stating their opinion?

I couldn't consciously go back to this guy's class if he was my professor. Well...Not without filling his desk with dead chicken feet first.

This is almost comical this guy is lecturing on orange man bad abused his powers; as if he is not a flaming prog leftist hack and he is smarter than all deplorables and everybody in the whole wide world.
If he says orange man bad-- he is, you see...

We have lawyers just stating opinion about witnesses who just stated opinion about charges that have no evidence.

I can't wait until the R's completely expose these constitutional hack lawyers as Dim partisans. Turley will probably get a little kid glove treatment.....he's somewhat politically down the middle.

If you're in class today there will be a pop quiz after the lecture.

All three of the dem lawyers called for Trump's impeachment prior to all this shite even starting.
That's why they're witnesses.
