Edit: after seeing some comments about the crime rate,I looked it up, and indeed, MS-13 has been s problem there, but they've started taking the El Salvador approach which will get things back to normal:

Um, she will have to get licensed down there. That means she won't be able to just walk in and start practicing.

That LSU degree is probably more valuable than a degree from a random Honduran school. She'll be fine.
