I don't think they will. They were scared by the collateral damage roundups that ICE has been doing. ICE is rounding up criminals, but if they find other illegal aliens around them, they get deported too
Many of these workers aren't criminals, but they all hang out with one or two in their group. The risk is too high and they are hiding.

This is when good leaders start helping facilitate an influx of American trade jobs. If those most affected by cheap labor started marketing their skills they’d fill this vacuum. Where are the trade unions(that’s partially tongue in cheek)

Good, it’s time we go back to the 80’s where kids would work at fast food joints and retail stores after school, and the construction industry wasn’t full of illegals doing what Americans used to do!!
You all should see the crap they are building all across the south (residential developments, apartments, etc)
The quality of track homes being built todays is abysmal due to the hiring of illegals that have zero or very little experience in wood construction! It’s not only laughable but dangerous as well!!
Just something to think about!
Yes, a lot of industries will be hit at the beginning but will adjust, I much rather have the America that I came to in the early 80’s than the shitshow we have today!!
Drive around in Texas and all you see is fricking Taco stands/restaurants! It’s gotten so bad that the local culture is starting to resemble Mexico rather than Texas, bbq, burgers, mom and pop restaurants etc……

Chicago was a primary destination for Biden's movement of illegals so this shouldn't be shocking. Lowes is probably experiencing the same thing.

Incorrect they are all criminals. Hence they are here illegally. This all criminals. They may not be violent criminals or have a violent criminal record.
I’m all for if ice cracks illegals on your job site having the ceos face fines and maybe some jail time if it can be proven they knew.
