sometimes I think Roberts works for the DNC. After 2012 obamacare and this ruling, he seems to help DNC re-election campaigns.
now obviously this hurts obama but he isn't up for election in the fall. House dems are senators now have something to talk about, to differentiate themselves from republicans in a positive way. Not sure it will make a difference though, as they are going to get trounced regardless of war on women or not.

That's one rule you DON'T get to change, Harry.

It's time that one man in Las Vegas, Nevada, stops deciding what happens to a lot of underaged boys.

Would the exemption (Hobby Lobby)…extend to employers with religiously grounded objections to blood transfusions (Jehovah's Witnesses); antidepressants (Scientologists); medications derived from pigs, including anesthesia, intravenous fluids, and pills coated with gelatin (certain Muslims, Jews, and Hindus); and vaccinations[?]…Not much help there for the lower courts bound by today's decision.
I think this will be quite easily the biggest "nuance" of them all. If a corporation can decline to offer certain coverage based on religious beliefs, then lower courts no longer have the power to court order treatments for patients or their children based on a professional opinion.
A victory that resonates into so many other aspects of healthcare, but will wreak havoc in the medical community and how doctors practice medicine.
Good for Hobby Lobby I say!

I liked it better when the POTUS did not use twitter.
Or any politician, for that matter.

The brightest spot for Twitter, politically, was when the Iranian student protesters were using it circa 2009-2010 over the sham elections.
It's been steadily downhill since hten.

More feigned outrage from the Left.
No one is prohibiting a woman from using birth control.
She just has to pay for it herself. Too easy.

Good Lord, that's a whole lot of stupid packed into one post.
I must have missed that part where the 5 men said that these women could not have these medications. I am pretty sure all they said was that their employers could not be forced to pay for them if they had a religious objection.
But, hey...why let facts get in the way of Democrat lying.

Just a quick side note, there were 7 men who voted in favor of Roe VS Wade.
You can't have it both ways there, Democrats.

I didn't realize that religion and the medical field were so grossly interwoven?

I love all those tweets because they are all so damned epic in their stupidity. My failure to pay for some shite you want is NOT = PREVENTING you from doing it.
Good fricking lord. The left has gone off the deep end. On what planet is me not paying for your shite the same as preventing you from having it?
May they all die in a fricking fire.
They're all RIGHT. Women most certainly SHOULD and CAN make their own health care decisions. fricking morons.

I agree 100% it's not your boss's business which is why he shouldn't have to pay for it

There are forms of birth control that are completely free, but these whining bitches don't want to use it because it isn't exactly 100% what they want.
